Smartphone Invasion: iPhone 5’s & Others Market for our Money

The iPhone 5 is here and is ready to take on some of the best phones. Just in general though, the Apple products have been flying off shelves and in to the customers loving arms. Sweet isn’t it. Not to all the other company going up against this monstrosity! Here are some examples of how the new IPhone 5 can be threatening, or not threatening………

iPhone 5:
I can see how this phone became so popular. Some of its attractive features include 4 inch retina display, thin and light weight, all new ear pods with it, camera, etc. Although, it seems to me as if they have embellished the truth, by making it sound all cool, and Hi-tech. Let’s just see if it’s better than some other phones shall we?

Galaxy Nexus (Nexus 4)
The iPhone 5 is smaller and lighter than the Galaxy Nexus. The Nexus 4 weighs a little bit lighter compared to the iPhone 5. It seems that the Nexus has more space, open minded contract, wireless charging, etc, but bulkiness wise, the iPhone 5 wins that department. With the Nexus having more data, but the iPhone 5 being more comfortable, marketing/advertising will be fierce! Although it does really depends on if the marketing could fool people into thinking that one thing is so much better by putting fancy  numbers.

Samsung Galaxy S3
The iPhone 5 is also smaller and lighter than the Samsung Galaxy, but that doesn't mean that the iPhone outranks it. The Samsung has a lot more features than the iPhone, like wireless connection, removable memory, and some other ‘high valued fancy stuff’. Also the Samsung Galaxy is notably cheaper. The Samsung’s lowest price is 582$, while the iPhone 5’s lowest is, 720. It seems to me that most of these phones are some bold competitors.

All in the end, it seems like, the marketers are just trying to arouse customers by putting fancy numbers, and marketing good contracts, in which the phone has an agreement with. Although the iPhone 5 doesn’t have as open of a contract. For example: the Nexus Galaxy has a contract with Fido, so that you wouldn’t have to pay for a 2 year Fido Agreements.  I personally think that they’re all pretty good. It really depends on what one would be looking for in a phone. You decide for yourself, is the IPhone 5 better than the rest, or if there’s another phone that can bring down the IPhone 5!
